What does EQ mean?
Equalization.
An equalizer can be used to add or remove frequency of sounds, groups, and entire tracks.
EQ allows you to adjust levels of certain frequencies in a sound without changing the rest of it. EQ can be used to boost or cut the lows, mids, highs or anything in between.
Example sentence: “I added some EQ to the beat.”
