A control room in a recording studio is usually the main room where audio engineers, music producers, technicians, record engineers, sound engineers, and mastering engineers sit, work, or “control” the session. Engineers make sure good signals are getting recorded from the control room. All the studio monitors and computer gear is usually kept in the control room.
