SKAB Studios was founded by Kirk Knight and his Engineer Method in June of 2022. SKAB stands for Skin and Bones.

You can book an hour session here for $75/hour, it includes an engineer. SKAB Studios past clients include Kirk Knight (of course), SOS Mula, Joey Bada$$, Sharc, and then more local up and coming artists in New York.

The Studio is professionally treated room full of industry standard outboard gear. Main control room and separate vocal booth. Sessions include an in-house engineer and their go to vocal chain is a Lauten Audio microphone into a Neve 511 into a Tube Tech CL1B. Their monitoring includes Barefoot Monitors with a KRK sub.
